✹ From March 1 - October 31, Emerald Shores requires wristbands for the private beach access/cabana and community pools. The total cost for your whole group is $30, purchased at the Emerald Shores cabana from the La Dulce Vita staff during your first visit to the beach.
✹ HOA does not permit RVs, trailers, or campers
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Fifty percent (50%) will be refunded if made more than 14 days prior. For cancellations within 14 days, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. The 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too and know that things come up!
