Sliding doors lead directly to the screened-in patio, creating an easy indoor/outdoor flow perfect for relaxing after beach days.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked and designed for real vacation living, featuring stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a generous selection of cookware, bakeware, utensils, and serving pieces. A dedicated coffee and tea setup, along with helpful storage items like Tupperware, foil, and Ziplocs, makes meal prep and snacks simple and stress-free.

COMMUNITY POOL ACCESS
Guests have access to two community pools within Emerald Waters Village. One pool is located directly across the street, while the second is elsewhere in the neighborhood. One pool is heated seasonally (typically Feb–Apr). Community pools close at dusk year-round.

PRIME LOCATION
Emerald Waters Village is one of Miramar Beach’s most desirable gated communities, known for its quiet streets, private beach access, and convenient location. From here, you’re just minutes from beachfront restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and popular shopping destinations like Silver Sands Premium Outlets, with Destin-area attractions a short drive away.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Starter supplies typically include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and basic kitchen essentials such as coffee, filters, and select spices. Guests may need to replenish consumables depending on the length of stay and group size.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• No smoking
• No parties or loud noise; quiet hours strictly enforced
• Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the entire stay
• Community pools close at dusk year-round
• Liability waiver required for hot tub and bikes
• HOA does not permit RVs, trailers, or camper parking

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
