✹ Property Occupancy is 18 People - Additional people up to 24 can be added for a fee ($400/person/day)*
✹ Prior to arrival, a simple rental agreement and property waiver must be signed.
✹ The Sea of Abaco is quite shallow in places and thus for guest safety, all boats must be in the Marina by dark.
✹ People with mobility issues will have difficulty getting on and off the boats so please keep this in mind before booking.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is non-refundable. If you want the peace of mind, I highly recommend purchasing the optional travel insurance at the time of booking. PLEASE NOTE - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
>Hurricanes: In the event of an approaching hurricane or tropical storm, we provide FULL REFUNDS. If a storm is approaching while your group is on property, we will take caution, evacuate, and refund the remainder of your stay.
>Rain: In the event of rainy weather, we cannot offer refunds.
>We do understand that things come up, and we try our best to work with our guests in emergency situations that require cancellation. In the event of a cancellation within the 70 day window, we will make every effort to rebook the property in hopes of providing a full refund.
