The Origin was built in 2007, and building management provides excellent maintenance service and routine inspections. In response to the horrific collapse of the Champlain Tower in Miami, Origin building management conducted a detailed structural inspection. At this time, routine maintenance and inspections reveal no apparent indication of structural weakness or water damage at The Origin at this time. In addition, the Origin is 14 years old (vs. 40+ years old for the Champlain tower) and built to a different/superior code from 40 years ago. The 2018 Champlain Towers inspection indicated a number of deficiencies pertaining to concrete deterioration such as spalling and structural cracking. There were apparently a number of areas where water could penetrate the building.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
